I. Account
  • When you create an account with DBUR, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.

  • You agree not to share your password with third parties and must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

II. Payment Terms
  • Invoices & Deadlines: Unless otherwise specified in writing, all invoices are payable within 21 business days.

  • Late Payments: In the event of non-payment, DBUR reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 10% of the outstanding balance.

  • Overdue Accounts: If payment is more than 60 days overdue, DBUR may engage a debt recovery agency. All collection costs and legal fees will be the responsibility of the client.

  • Taxes & Duties: Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and any required withholding taxes.

III. Intellectual Property
  • All original content, designs, software, and features on the Service are the exclusive property of DBUR and its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without express written consent.
IV. Third-Part Links
  • Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by DBUR.
  • We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party resources is at your own risk.
V. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

VI. Service and Product Limitations

  • DBUR will make every reasonable effort to deliver products and services within agreed timeframes.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by unforeseen delays, supply chain issues, or events outside our control.

VII. Claims

  • Claims regarding delivered goods or services must be submitted to DBUR in writing within 8 days of delivery.

  • Failure to submit a claim within this period may result in the claim being denied.

VIII. Disclaimer

  • The Service and products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

  • DBUR makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

IX. Limitation of Liability

  • DBUR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product or service in question.

X. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lubbock County, Texas.

XI. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time.

  • If significant changes are made, we will notify users at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

  • Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

XII. Return Policy
Third-Party Products

  • For products not manufactured by DBUR, returns will follow the return and refund policies of the respective manufacturer.

DBUR Products

  • Products manufactured by DBUR are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers must contact DBUR support with proof of purchase and the reason for return.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking or shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Used, installed, or damaged items.

  • Products not returned in original packaging or condition.

  • DBUR reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
